WOOD STORE: In house seasoning facility allows us to maintain optimum quantity and superior quality of wood at any point of requirement. Our in-house transportation facility helps us to maintain availability of wood optimum.

MACHINE HALL: 37,000 sq ft area is dedicated and occupied with wide range of modern and automatized machines with capacity of processing around 40 cbm / day.

ASSEMBLY SECTION: 20,000 sq ft was dedicated for assembly of handicrafts with highly skilled and experienced craftmen.

METAL POWDER COATING UNIT: 10,000 Sq. Feet Area for Powder Coating Unit is installed.

SANDING AREA: 15,000 sq ft is dedicated for sanding booths.

FINISHING SETUP: Finishing area is well equipped with 3 spray booths and spread over 20,000 sq ft with well experienced finishing staff.

INSPECTION AREA: Quality of furniture is the key element which an exporter has to keep in mind while manufacturing and delivering the furniture. Experienced Quality staff of 6 members have been deployed in the field which pays keen attention from white part till the final finished product till packaging to maintain the best of the quality.

PACKAGING AREA: Dedicated packing area of 20,000 sq ft is allotted to process packing of 35 cbm wood material per day.

WAREHOUSE AREA: 25,000 sq ft of storage area has been dedicated to store the packed materials which is ready for stuffing into the container in a dust free area.
