Pooja Wood Industries (PWI) was established in 2019 by Mr. Ashok Shah and Mrs. Nirmala Shah. PWI is lead by Mr. Pankaj Agarwal and Mr. Lalit Agarwal. The state of art manufacturing facility is equipped with modern facilities and is installed with capacities of handling 1,50,000 CBM per month. The facility is equipped for carrying out all scales of craft and furniture production. The PWI caters with high-quality craftsmanship, unique designs, customization options, vide range of species, Eco-friendly materials, sustainable sourcing, competitive pricing.

PWI is FSC® CoC Certified (SCS-COC-008769) and FSC® certified products can be supplied upon request. PWI is the first in Handicraft Industry in India having integrated the comprehensive supply chain ensuring the legality of the wood sourced through the parent organisation 'Pooja Wood House'. 'Pooja Wood House' is one of the largest supplier for seasoned and treated wood of all major timber species in Northern India. 'Pooja Wood House' is FSC® FM Certified (SCS-FM/COC-009232) directly works with farmers for sourcing and ensuring the sustainability of the timber sourced.

Ashok Jugal Kishore Shah
Founder and Chairman
Mr. Ashok Shah founded the Pooja Wood House in the year 2005, with humble beginning in the timber industry as a timber trader aimed for catering the sawn timber needs of Handicraft and furniture exporters.
Now Pooja Wood Group is one of the largest supplier for seasoned and treated wood of all major timber species in Northern India. With the vision to cater the buyers with turnkey services in handicraft sector, Pooja Wood Industries was established in year 2019.
Nirmala Ashok Shah
Founder and Financial Director
With the 15 years of ventured journey of Pooja Wood House, the contribution of Mrs. Nirmala has turned the profits with her skills in financial management. Mrs. Nirmala has been awarded as “Rajasthan Udyog Ratan Puraskar” by the Rajasthan Government in 2023.

This mompreneur is known for her innovation, strong will and spontaneity. She credits meditation as the tool that helps her stay calm and motivated.

Lalit Agarwal
Managing Director
With the passion of Entrepreneurship, he joined the family business soon after completing graduation. Mr. Lalit has worked at 'Pooja Wood House' for learning and understanding the business requirements of the various handicraft industries, which 'Pooja Wood House' supplying the seasoned Timber planks to handicraft exporters.

Mr. Lalit envisages PWI to become the top exporter in India by offering innovative and superior quality products. With in short span of 2 years, the PWI has achieved a turnover of 2.5 million USD against the odds of covid uncertainty in 2020.
Pankaj Agarwal
Operational Director
Mr. Pankaj has joined the PWI since its inception, he also joined with the family business soon after completing graduation. Being and dynamic, Mr. Pankaj has been involved in operations of PWI since inception.

He emphasises on product quality which requires diligence and dedication and he always have it in place executed with collaborated team efforts. He keeps on motivating and guiding the staff in operations and ensures facility compliance, liaison with stakeholders, safety aspects at work place and environment.
